By accessing or using easyimmigration.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a law firm or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
easyimmigration.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps immigration attorneys and law firms:
The Platform is a practice management tool and does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for all legal advice and services provided to your clients.
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Free Trial. New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Platform.
Paid Plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes. We may change our subscription fees with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your Content. You retain all ownership rights to the data, documents, and content you create or upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
License to Us. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
Data Export. You may export Your Content at any time during your active subscription. Upon account termination, we will make Your Content available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating proposals, checklists, and other documents. You acknowledge that:
The Platform, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by easyimmigration.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyimmigration.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless easyimmigration.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding ownership, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
